Good for the Planet

HSA/FSA Eligible

Most menstrual Products are HSA/FSA eligible!

August uses suppliers that grow pesticide-free, harmful chemical-free, fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and ethically sourced cotton.

Organic

August is on a mission to dismantle period stigma and embrace the diverse experience of all menstruators, regardless of gender or background. By fostering open dialogue and creating safe spaces for conversations about menstruation, they hope to break down menstrual taboos.

Social Impact

21 states still tax period products as “non-essential goods,” while products like Rogaine and Viagra are considered medical necessities. August started the #TamponTaxBack initiative in partnership with other brands to take a stand against the tampon tax. If you’re buying from any of the participating brands (August, Cora, DIVA, Here We Flo, The Honey Pot, LOLA, Saalt, Rael) from a retail store, they’ll reimburse you for any tampon tax you pay. Just text a pic of your receipt!
